We are now looking for a leading installer for Gotland. In this role, you will have a key position in production, where you combine practical installation work with the responsibility of leading the daily work of the team. You ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and with high quality, and you are not afraid to pitch in where needed. Your tasks will include the installation of cable ladders and cable pulling, and you need to have good experience in this to lead and support your colleagues in the tasks.

It is not yet determined whether this is a staffing assignment or a direct recruitment; the hours may vary, but are usually during the day.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Driving license category B
• Clean criminal record. This will be checked during the recruitment process.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written. You should also feel comfortable with English.
• Good competence in fiber technology, experience in similar tasks (installation, cable pulling). You need to have a good understanding of production to lead others and handle various situations that may arise. The work mainly takes place in the field with customers.

As a person, you are unpretentious, self-driven, and have the ability to lead the people around you. Previous experience in leadership is highly meritorious.

The position is full-time and is expected to start as soon as we find the right person. Eltel works with some security-classified customers, and a thorough background check will be conducted during the recruitment process. Working hours will be weekdays.
